But there are already plenty of stories of Linux systems that haven't
crashed or been re-booted in years.  So I don't think such an effort would
really attract much attention.  I was suggesting someplace where there's a
KNOWN serious problem.  If you could fix THAT, and have the installation
instructions say "Step x: Install GNAT 3.10 or later..."

And hidden in the "acknowledgements" you have: Special thanks goes to the
S. Tucker Taft, Jean Ichbiah, and the U.S. DoD for the language that made
it possible to blah blah blah without having to struggle with yadda yadda
yadda."
