I would be more worried about the availability of trained OO SW
engineers.  Just because someone
claims they know C++/Java/Ada95/(Insert your favorite OO language) does
not mean they understand
and can implement OO concepts.  If someone is a capable OO SW engineer,
that means they know
at least one OO programming language and learning another one is not
difficult.

P.S. From personal experience, I would go with Ada95 just because of the
fewer inherent "gotchas" that it
has compared to C++.  See "Effective C++: 50 Simple Ways to Improve Your
Programs & Designs" by
Meyers, and "C++ FAQ's" by Cline/Lomow for examples.  These guys are
making money selling books
on how to work around silly C++isms!
