Hi,
the question is also interesting for me.
I am wirting my diploma thesis and dealing also with user feedback on
websites.
I first classify the motivation for feedback from the user perspective,
the fields for feedback, the structure for feedbach such as Letter from
user, surveys, polls, guestbook, diskussionsrooms and so on. Does anyone
of you know abot a book or a site, that is dealing with that thema.
I want also to know what cookies make, what Log-Programms can record.
Thanks for your help!
