IWIPS 2000 Registration Now Open
Program Details Available

IWIPS 2000 (the year 2000 meeting of the International Workshop on the
Internationalization of Products and Services) is fast approaching--it
will be held July 13 through 15 in Baltimore, Maryland. It is time to
register both for the workshop and hotel rooms--information on both are
available at the workshop's website, along with other helpful
information:
http://www.nist.gov/IWIPS2000
A lively successor to IWIPS 1999 held in Rochester, New York, this
year's conference features a single-track format so everyone will be
able to attend all sessions and hear all speakers. Consistent with the
ethos of IWIPS, there is ample international representation among the
authors of the papers at this year's conference, coming, from among
other places, the UK, France, Germany, Taiwan, Finland, and Mexico.
        The registration fee for IWIPS 2000 is a modest $150 ($200 on-site).
Lodging will be three blocks from Baltimore's artistic and culturally
diverse Inner Harbor. There will be a conference dinner at a chic
restaurant in historic Fell's Point, which will be reached by conference
attendees taking the water taxi (transportation and dinner are included
in the already low conference registration fees)!
Finally, be advised that IWIPS 2001 will be held on the campus of The
Open University in Buckinghamshire, England, 40 miles north of London.
This will be July 11 through 14, 2001--it is not too early to start
planning for that event now!
