You really need to see the full paper - the html has a high
hype-to-content ratio.

Despite the massive quantities of hype, this stuff actually works,
with very high quality resultant product and very low development
costs. But it needs a lot more work to reach its full potential,
and it could easily go off the rails. e.g. too many standards for
the action language, action language unreadable, etc.

I want the action language to more resemble Ada than APL!
