I have received a copy but have not installed it as of yet.  My primary Java
development tool is VisualCafe.  One of the features that it can compile
native code Win32 applications.

I use Ada95, Java, C++, C, and FORTRAN [as dictated by the customer] in the
Windows environment.

Each have their benefits and distractions.  It really comes down to the
developer and not necessarily the language.  A language determines how much
effort the developer must exert to produce "good" products.  My favorite
language before Ada was PL1.
