NordiCHI 2010: Extending boundaries
The 6th Nordic Conference on Human-Computer Interaction
Reykjavik, Iceland, 16-20 October

NordiCHI is:
- The main Nordic forum for human-computer interaction research,
with the conference proceedings published by ACM.
- A meeting place for people from a broad range of traditions and
communities, concerned with humans in a world empowered by computer
technologies.
- Biannual, having previously been held in Stockholm (2000), Ĺrhus
(2002),
Tampere (2004), Oslo (2006) and Lund (2008).
Conference venue is the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica. Conference dinner will
be at the Blue lagoon.
Workshops: Ten exciting workshops have now called for papers on topics
varying from Erotic life in Human-Computer Interaction to Crisis
management training. Please see individual workshop description for

Keynote speakers: Ari Kristinn Jónsson, Reykjavik University, David
Merrill, Sifteo and Tone Brattedeig, University of Oslo are keynote
speakers
Industry track: This event has been planned to attract members from the
industry to share their experiences in human computer interaction. Three
topics are proposed: Usability on the Fly, Bending the boundaries and
