Have you considered usenet newsgroups or web boards such as
http://www.delphi.com?  I haven't tried Delphi, but see a
favorable review in September, 1998, PC World, page 250.  I
believe that both would be less effort for you and if there
is still demand for the email lists, one of these may work.
