HITS - Humans Interaction Technology Strategy
a conference about interaction design and business strategy
October 16-17, 2003
Creating high-quality interactive experiences that delight users and satisfy people’s increasingly complex needs is becoming recognized as a strategic asset for business.
Presented by the Institute of Design, IIT, in cooperation with ACM SIGCHI, the HITS Conference will explore the nature of the link between user value and business value, and how user-centered design can lead to more valued, and valuable, interactive experiences with the products, communications, environments and services of the future.
Don’t miss the early registration deadline, recently extended to August 15, to save $250 off the conference fee. Discounted rates are also available to registered members of SIGCHI, and alumni of the Institute of Design.

PARTICIPATE IN OUR GREATEST HITS POSTER SESSION:
In anticipation of HITS 2003 we are collecting examples of outrageously good and bad interaction design, and how it helped or hurt business. These will be juried by the Institute of Design, and selected submissions will be published here on the conference web site. Some may also be invited to exhibit or present during the conference.
