Karen Holtzblatt, the co-creator of Contextual Design, and InContext
Enterprises are sponsoring an informal SIG on Contextual Design.

Come get a brief overview of Contextual Design, ask Karen your questions,
plus meet and exchange ideas with others using Contextual Design. Karen will
also be sharing some recent research findings, and discussing our new
integrated tool environment to support the Contextual Design process.

The time and location of informal SIGs are scheduled once the conference
starts, so I'll post this information on the bulletin board in the Commons
