UPA is happy to announce the publication of the third issue of the Journal
of Usability Studies.

The issue includes invited essay by Charlie Kreitzberg with a provocative
thesis on: "Can collaboration help redefine usability?". In addition, the
issue includes three peer-reviewed articles on the use of eye movement
metrics for usability evaluation, a case study on a usability evaluation of
a large-scale, safety-critical system, and the use of confidence intervals
for small sample statistics.

The issue is published at:

The JUS is a UPA peer-reviewed, on-line journal dedicated to promoting and
enhancing the practice, research, ethics, and education of usability
engineering. Authors are invited to submit manuscripts addressing various
aspects of quantitative and qualitative usability studies that have a strong
generalization value to other practitioners working with any
human-interactive product.

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts, discuss ideas and submission
suitability with the editor at:
