I would like to hear you opinion on how to treat browser controls for
enterprise web applications which will reside in dedicated workstations.

Camp #1: The application takes over the browser window, hiding all browser
controls (menu bar, address bar, etc.) and providing customized
menus/navigation items, tool bar and shortcuts for the application.

Camp #2: Customizing the browser controls for the application. For example,
customizing the menu items under File, Edit and View for the application;
customizing the short cuts (Search, Favorites, etc.) for the application).

Thanks in advance!

- Cindy
