Hi,

Am not sure How I missed this topic as this is closest to me in
current times. I have spent last 3 years establishing User
experience management as a compentency in one of India's
leading
software solutions company.

I can share my practicle experience, my team has successfully
implemented many projects including one featured in NNgroups
top
ten intranets for 2002. The project was done in an
offshore-onsite model and the US based client is extremely
happy
to the extent that the project which has been going for last 2
years has been extended for another 5 years.

I had put my comments and reasons on another site >

Regards
Alok Jain
