One gets to see a lot of research being published about how poor user
experience affects the sales of a B2C website.(Reports by BCG, Shop.org,
Creative Good are some which come to my mind readily).
Are there any such reports published about B2B websites. Or we can conclude
that for B2B sites usability does not matter as much as it does to the B2C
sites.
You can mail me the replies directly. I would compile the replies and post
