Dear Colleague,

Please consider volunteering to review submissions to the Work-In-Progress
venue at CHI 2007. W-i-P is a relatively new venue aimed at showcasing
recently begun lines of research and is designed to provide researchers
with opportunities for feedback from CHI colleagues while the work is
still in its formative stage.

Reviewing for W-i-P should take about an hour per paper: W-i-P uses the
extended abstract format and undergoes a "light" review process which in
2006 resulted in an acceptance rate of approximately 50%. The goal is to
bring recently begun work that shows potential for being innovative and
thought provoking to the early attention of the CHI audience. W-i-P
submissions are due on January 12, 2007 and decisions will be communicated
to authors on February 9, 2007.

If you have already volunteered, thank you! You can update your profile
or volunteer to review at: http://www.chi2007.org/volunteer/reviewing.php.

Many thanks and we're looking forward to making CHI 2007 the best CHI yet!
