The workshop web page will be posted on the IARIA server; all the
updates will be done by the IARIA logistics team.

The organizer(s) of approved workshops are expected to advertise their
workshop.

IARIA's logistic team will also advertise the workshop through the
Publicity Board.

The workshop accepted papers will be published in the conference
proceedings, via IEEE Computer Society Press, posted on IEEE Xplore
Digital Library, and indexed via IEEE CSP agreements.

proceedings, diploma awards/shipping; workshop chairs can handle paper
reviews as well;

authors, web site updates, registration, badges, refreshments, hotel
booking, room rental, video-projectors, screens, etc.

- Workshop participants will register for the entire suites of events
