JPL scientists, animators, and artists show and tell about their use of
computer graphics/animation/visualization to present the latest science
results from recent missions, such as MER (Mars Exploration Rover) and
Cassini/Huygens at Saturn, as well as using visualizations to help people
understand what a mission is going to do.

6:30-7:30 P.M.† Social Hour
7:30-9:30 P.M.† The Program

Members will be given priority entrance from 6:30-7:00 P.M.

Directions and Parking

From the 210 East (in La Canada), exit at the Berkshire Avenue/Oak Grove
Drive Exit.  At the end of the ramp (stop sign) make a left turn onto
Berkshire Ave.  The street will end at a "T" intersection.  Make a left turn
onto Oak Grove Drive. Proceed straight on Oak Grove Drive until you reach
JPL.  Park in the lot to the left of the guard booth.  Parking is free.
Follow the signs to the von Karmon Auditorium.

Fees/Registration

The event is free to Los Angeles ACM SIGGRAPH members
and $15 for non-members.† New members that sign up on
site and pay the $35 annual membership fee (checks or
cash only) do not have to pay the $15 fee.
