I'd agree with Susan's post that your question is a big one, and she
gives good advice. One specific that I'd add, is that if you are
planing interview-based tests on about 10 people, then the metrics you
are quoting have some use, but limited use, as they are more
quantitative measures. In the interviews you'll be asking people what
they think, what they do and don't understand, and why, which you
can't measure with clicks or a stopwatch.
