February 5, 2007: Abstract submission deadline (optional - please submit
abstracts via email to the appropriate mini-track chair).

March 5, 2007: Paper submission deadline (please submit papers via the
AIS Review System -

JOURNAL SPECIAL ISSUE: As in past years, the best, completed research
papers from the HCI track at AMCIS will be fast-tracked for a journal
special issue (The journal will be announced shortly). 

MINITRACKS: SIGHCI is sponsoring the following 9 mini-tracks under the
HCI track at AMCIS 2007:

1) Hedonic Information Technologies: Online Games, Interactive
Entertainment, and Lifestyle Computing, Co-chairs: Ian MacInnes

([log in to unmask]), and Taylor Wells ([log in to unmask]).

2) Emerging Computer-Mediated Communication Tools/Technologies for

3) Personalization Systems, Co-chairs: Il Im ([log in to unmask]), and
Hong Sheng ([log in to unmask]).

4) Emergency Response Information Systems, Co-chairs: Tung Bui

5) HCI Issues in Healthcare IT, Co-chairs: Vance Wilson
