                             Submission Deadline:  *July 15, 2011* 








You are cordially invited to submit a full paper (about 8 - 12 Single Pages)
for consideration (see instructions below). Full papers will be triple blind
peer reviewed and considered for both, oral presentation and publication in
the conference proceedings (as Book Chapter, refereed Journals or
proceedings book) which will be indexed in various databases. All conference
proceedings will be made available in print/online publication as a special
issue in the various refereed Journals or Book Chapters. ANNAWORLD'11 is
composed of a number of tracks (joint conferences, tutorials, and
workshops); all conferences will be held simultaneously at the same location
on December 1 - 4, 2011 at South Asia's Largest Library and Convention
Center, the Anna Centenary Library, Chennai, INDIA. For the complete list of

Dec 01, 2011:   ANNAWORLD'11 Congress & Expo (all joint-conferences) 





Authors who submit papers in response to this announcement, will have their
papers evaluated for publication with the consideration of publishing their
research in the Final Edition of the conference proceedings in the form of
Book Chapter, Journal or proceedings which will go to press/online in 2012.
The Final Edition will be indexed by all major databases and the proceedings
will be published in both, printed book/ISBN form as well as online (Open
access Journal with ISSN). 


Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers by uploading their
papers at the submission web site at:


Submissions must be uploaded by **July 15, 2011** ETA and they must be in
either MS .doc/.docx formats (about 8 to 12 IEEE formatted pages - single
space, Two column, Times Roman font size of 11). All reasonable typesetting
formats are acceptable. Authors of accepted papers will be asked to follow a
particular typesetting format (Book Chapter, Journal or Proceedings) towards
preparing their final camera ready papers for publication in their
respective formats. Papers must not have been previously published or
currently submitted for publication elsewhere. The first page of the paper
should include: title of the paper, name, affiliation, postal address, and
email address for each author. The first page should also identify the name
of the Corresponding Author and a maximum of 5 topical keywords that would
best represent the content of the paper. Finally, the name of the conference
(see the list below) to which the paper is being submitted for consideration
must be stated on the first page. The length of the final/Camera-Ready
papers (upon acceptance) will be limited to 12 (two-column IEEE style)
pages. All paper submissions will be triple blind peer-reviewed by three
experts in the field for originality, significance, clarity, impact, and
soundness. In cases of contradictory recommendations, a member of the
conference program committee will be charged to make the final decision

The 2011 ANNA World Congress and Expo is a federated Multi-conference event
focusing on advanced topics concerning Asian Studies, Information and
Communication Technologies, Multi-Agents, Distributed computing, NANO
Technologies, Material Sciences, Engineering and a host of related areas.
