Deja news says there are no messages in any newsgroup that contain the
phrase "useless in embedded systems.

Altavista no longer searches Usenet.

Zippo.com is lighters again, not Usenet.

And so on for several other search engines.

Any ideas?  Wassn't there a mailing list version of c.l.a?  Where are those
archives?
