Subject: REMINDER: 5 days left to provide feedback on patient reported measures in EHR
 
Comments on patient reported measures in EHR will be accepted through April 4th.
Several institutes within the National Institutes of Health in collaboration with the Society of Behavioral Medicine are coordinating an effort to identify a core set of brief, practical measures to recommend for use in adult primary care and public health electronic health records (EHRs), and we encourage you to join this collaborative effort.
