This is a reminder that the UbiComp 2009 Papers & Notes deadline is this
Friday, April 17th at 17:00 PST (that's 5pm in California).

The website for submitting Papers & Notes is up and running at
https://precisionconference.com/~ubicomp. If you do not already have an
account, you will need to create one. You may upload your submission any
time from now until the deadline (Friday, April 17th at 17:00 PST). You
will be able to modify your submission up until the deadline. Please
note that the deadline is firm and late submissions will not be
accepted, so we encourage you to begin this process early.

Please be sure that your submission is formatted in accordance with the
SIGCHI Proceedings style. The templates provided on the UbiComp 2009
Templates webpage contain updated guidance, but in terms of formatting,
are equivalent to templates provided for UbiComp 2008, and other
conferences supported by SIGCHI, including CHI 2009. Please be aware
that there is a chance that a conflicting template was temporarily
available from the UbiComp 2009 website. To ensure that you are using
the correct template, please visit
http://www.ubicomp.org/ubicomp2009/templates.shtml and download the
"UbiComp 2009 Conference Proceedings Format" template that is currently
posted (both MS Word and Latex templates are available). If you have any
questions, please contact us well in advance of the submission deadline
at [log in to unmask]

We look forward to receiving your Paper & Note submissions to UbiComp 2009!

Best regards,

Hans Gellersen and Sunny Consolvo
UbiComp 2009 Program Co-Chairs
