I recently interviewed Keith Instone, usability expert and Webmaster of the
popular Usable Web usability resource site <http://usableweb.com/>. In the
interview Keith tells us about the purpose of Usable Web. Also, and perhaps
more importantly, he gives us a feel for "usability in the trenches". There
