Are you saying that Windows Help doesn't use underlines? I've never seen
this. Every help file I've viewed has had underlines (and even those neat
dashed underlines that I wish CSS could use) -- I even opened the one here
in Outlook 97 and it had underlines.

Are you referring to an older version of Windows? Or maybe Windows 98? I'm
using NT4...

(BTW, anybody else wish we could add dashed underlines to links? I've wanted
to do that for years in web-based help systems for web sites, using them to
denote definitions -- just like Windows does, so the users are familiar with
the functionality -- but they have yet to do so)
