Well, success does depend on meeting the customer's wants and needs but
there must be a business metric in that formula (such as selling shoes,
building brand awareness, etc). I don't know if customers go to Dr. Martens
for shoes or bits or both without asking them. I do know that making people
feel good with flashy bits alone does not a successful business make ;-)
