The Cooks Illustrated magazine has "Cook's Extra" codes in the magazines -- 
it's a shaded box with a code number for extra recipes and things online, 
things that "didn't fit" into the magazine.

It's only for subscribers, but there's a box on the home page for typing in 
a code that you get from the paper magazine.

(And it's a great magazine if you're into cooking.)
