CGIV2012 - the Sixth European Conference on Colour in Graphics,
Imaging, and Vision - will be held May 6-9, 2012 in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands.

There is still time to submit a paper to CGIV 2012 for consideration
by the review committee (the submission site is open until at least
31 October). For a complete list of topics and submission
information, please visit the conference website at

Short courses will be held as a part of CGIV2012. Proposals are
invited from academia, industry, organizations, and individuals for
courses of 3 hours in length. Further, CGIV2012 will continue to
organize colour workshops (half- and/or full-day). These workshops
may take a number of forms, with the common goal of providing a forum
for intensive, collaborative discussions (not lectures) and/or
hands-on work about actual topics in colour science.

The committee is looking specifically for short courses and workshops
that will be attractive to PhD students and young researchers.
Proposals, not exceeding two pages, should be sent to
[log in to unmask] attn: Short Course and Workshop Chair.

CGIV2012 will provide a forum for color scientists worldwide to share
the latest research and innovations across a broad range of digital
and analog imaging disciplines.

We look forward to seeing you there.
