Track 3:
Wireless, Mobile and Ubiquitous Technologies for Learning


The 15th IEEE International Conference on
Advanced Learning Technologies

July 6-9, 2015
Hualien, Taiwan



This track of the conference aims to address the issues of wireless, 
mobile, pervasive and ubiquitous computing in combination with new forms 
and possibilities of learning. Highly mobile, context-aware, and 
pro-active services provide significant benefits to education. The WMUTE 
track provides a forum to present and discuss technologies, strategies 
and applications as well as to map out directions for future 
developments and research collaborations. The scope of this track 
covers, but is not limited to, the following topics:

  - Theoretical foundations for mobile and ubiquitous learning
  - Emerging tools and technologies for mobile and ubiquitous learning
  - Learning strategies for mobile and ubiquitous learning
  - Innovative digital content for mobile and ubiquitous learning
  - Context-aware learning: Design, Methodologies and Application
    of learning across different contexts
  - Sensor-based applications and learning support
  - Intelligent, pro-active infrastructures and tools for education
  - Internet of Things support for learning
  - Tangible, natural-language user interfaces in education
  - Applications of mobile and ubiquitous learning
  - Mobile serious gaming and pervasive games for learning
  - Evaluation of mobile and ubiquitous learning systems/approaches
