Hello,
TEKsystems is looking for experienced Human Factors Engineers to join our team for a multiyear engagement in Bloomington, IL.
These resources will be tasked with designing and conducting user research for a wide range of software and non-software products including our clients website and applications used by agents of the client to interact with its customers . They may be asked to evaluate and provide input into IVR systems, business processes and software developers along with leaders across the enterprise. Qualified candidates will have in depth human factors experience:
* Advanced degree in Human Factors/Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields.
* Excellent research skills including the ability to analyze large and small sample quantitative and qualitative data sets.
* Experience performing research on user issues for software development in a lab or field setting.
