The home page scaled for me -- set in %.

The second level pages are also set to 100% but are forced to a minimum
fixed width by the banner ad graphic.

The course subject page that I visited (electricity) did not scale well. the
main content table seems to be align=center when it really should be
align=left, IMO. I didn't get to an actual *course* because I didn't want to
register.
