If there is not such a resource already, it would be nice to have a
canonical guide to usable generic Web application.  Everyone these days
wants:

        * Bulletin board;
        * Guestbook;
        * Feedback/mailto: form;
        * Site index;

We could centralize the best examples of these at a specific location, and
include downloadable zip and tarballs of working implementations.
