********************************************************************************

The CHItaly2013 Posters & Demos sessions aim at providing a forum to
present works in progress and exciting results to the community on topics
related to the conference.

**POSTERS**
Posters session provides a great opportunity for researchers and
practitioners to present their work in progress and receive feedback from
knowledgeable sources. This session is meant to be a forum where conference
attendees can learn about novel on-going research projects. Projects might
not yet be complete but should provide interesting results.
Posters submissions will consist of 4-page abstract papers formatted
according to ACM SIGCHI non-archival format. The submissions will undergo a
juried process of selection based on originality, relevance, quality, and
clarity. The abstract will be made available online and they will not be
published in the ACM DL. Accepted poster authors will be asked to create a
poster to be displayed during the conference.

**DEMOS**
Demos session provides the opportunity for researchers and practitioners to
demonstrate a prototype system or an interesting implementation concept.
Demos session is a great opportunity to obtain valuable feedback from the
community and enables an interesting environment for data collection. Demos
submissions will consist in 4-page abstract papers formatted according to
ACM SIGCHI non-archival format. The submissions will undergo a juried
process of selection based on originality, quality, functionality, and
followed methodology. The abstract will be made available online and they
will not be published in the ACM DL. Additionally, authors are required to
submit the following supporting material:

   - Description of the Demo and how people can interact with it. Authors
can select the format that better suits their work, such as video,
storyboards, screenshots, or pictures. Video submissions must not be longer
than 5 minutes. This description will help the jury in the selection
   process.
   - A document describing any technical or space requirements (e.g., Does
the demo need a quite environment? Does it need special technical
requirements?). This document will help the organizers to set up the Demo
   session.

**SUBMISSION**
Posters and Demo submissions should be sent by email to
[log in to unmask] The language of the Posters and
