This message is for those who are in the midst of final preparations to
submit a tutorial proposal for CHI2004 in Vienna.
Please read and follow the submission checklist to be found at:
http://www.chi2004.org/cfp/tutorials.html#tutorial_checklist
We need to have you send us *three* documents (not two, not four), and
the Advance Program description needs to be in a format that can be
read by any of a variety of word processors if your proposal is one of
those accepted. You also need to be sure that the last name of the
lead presenter is the first word in the document title.
We anticipate 150+ submissions this year. That is over 450 document
that will have to be processed and/or "handled" by several people in a
relatively short period of time. If your proposal documents do not
adhere to the requested format you increase the likelihood that human
error will strike. Also, once the submission crunch takes place we can
not guarantee that we will be able to either contact you about a
re-submission or even accept a re-submission.
Rgds,
