Mobile phones are no longer simply a means of communication, but have
gradually become supporting devices for day-to-day tasks. It is
predicted that by 2020 all software will be developed for mobile devices
and this implies it is necessary to explore the issues involved in the
design, development, and deployment of mobile applications. The Human
Aspects in Mobile Applications Engineering workshop brings together
researchers from industry and academia in order to explore the
challenges and opportunities presented by incorporating human aspects in
mobile apps engineering.

*Selected revised and extended papers from the workshop will be
submitted to a journal Special Issue of the Software Quality Journal
connected to the workshop.*

*Keynotes*:

Prof. Johannes Schöning, Expertise Centre for Digital Media, Hasselt
University
Dr. Nick Allott, UbiApps
