Graduate Programs Announcement: Call for Qualified Applicants

The School of Industrial Design at Georgia Tech is currently searching for
highly qualified students seeking challenging careers in Industrial Design.
We would like to invite you to apply for one of our programs.

The School of Industrial Design at Georgia Tech offers a Master of
Industrial Design (MID) as 2-year and 3-year programs. The 2-year program
is designed for students who have a Bachelorís degree in Industrial Design
and would like to complete a Masterís degree in Industrial Design (48
credit hours). The 3-year program is designed for students who do not have
a Bachelorís in Industrial Design and would like to gain a Masterís in
Industrial Design. The extra year serves as a preparatory year in advance
of entry to the 2-year program. In addition, we offer an interdisciplinary
Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction (MS-HCI) with an area of
specialization in Industrial Design (36 credit hours).

DesignIntelligence ranks the Georgia Tech School of Industrial Design
Graduate Program 3rd in the Top 10 Industrial Design Graduate category in
their most recent survey of Americaís Best Schools of Architecture and
Design for 2014.

Georgia Tech is classified as a Tier One Research University, and the
programs leverage collaborative ties to other strengths across campus in
healthcare, engineering and computing to develop innovative solutions to
address the complexity of todayís design challenges. Students have unique
opportunities to solve real-world problems in specialized research and
design initiatives including health and well-being, product development and
innovation, and interactive product design.
