The proceedings of the conference will be published in a book series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) by Springer, which will be indexed by EI Compendex. High-quality accepted papers will be invited to potential special issues in a two prestigious SCI indexed journals.

PCM2013 will provide a best paper award and a best student paper award.
