Dear All,
Our university has been awarded two Visiting Leverhulme Fellowships and have asked me to put forward some nominations for this award, so if you know of anyone or if you are interested let me know. More detailed Information is attached.
The fellowship award means you come to work with us at the centre for internationalisation and usability for a year, fully funded, get involved in research and some teaching. The candidate needs to be a non-UK resident, a PhD holder and preferably within 8 years of having completed her/his PhD. The university will be looking for someone working at interdisciplinary level. So while the anchor would be around Culture, HCI, ICT4D, CSCW, Sociotechnical studies the application domain should ideally be one from education, health, business, hospitality and tourism since these are the areas where UWL focuses on currently. A good publication record is desirable.
I need to register any interest by next Monday (latest) so we can pre-select some candidates for nomination. I will need short cv with publications and 500 word description of your current research interests.
Best,
José
