Early registration for UIST 2013 and ITS 2013

=>Early registration ends on September 6th

=>Discount joint registration rates are available for early bird registration only

We invite you to register for both UIST 2013 and ITS 2013, which will be collocated in St Andrews, Scotland.

=> featuring 35 high quality paper and note presentations in Younger Hall, selected from 123 submissions and representing some of the best research on the design and use of new and emerging tabletop and interactive surface technologies
=> 2 Workshops, 2 Tutorials, 1 joint workshop/tutorial, 10 Demos and 31 Posters
=> a keynote by Jeff Han, founder of Perceptive Pixel and General Manager of the Perceptive Pixel Division at Microsoft
=> a capstone by Raffaelo D'Andrea from ETH Zurich on "Humans and the coming machine revolution" (joint with UIST 2013)

ITS will have a welcome reception in Upper and Lower College Hall inside St Salvator's Quad on Sunday night. It will hold its formal conference banquet in the Lower College Hall of St Salvator's Quad on Monday night. There will also be an optional musical interlude before the banquet by the Choristi Sanctiandree in St Salvator’s Chapel.

=> featuring a high quality programme of 62 paper presentations in Younger Hall, selected from 317 submissions that represent some of the best current research on user interface technology
=> a varied adjunct programme of 41 demos, 27 posters and a exciting student innovation contest
=> a keynote from Raffaelo D'Andrea from ETH Zurich on "Humans and the coming machine revolution" (joint with ITS 2013)

UIST will have a welcome reception in Upper and Lower College Hall inside St Salvator's Quad on Tuesday night. The demo session and demo reception will be held in the Hall of Champions in the Old Course Hotel, St Andrews on Wednesday night. The student innovation contest and formal banquet will be in the Kinkell Byre on Thursday night.

=> Morning and Afternoon tea will be provided each day for both conferences.
=> Lunch will be provided on each main conference day
=> The main paper sessions will be held in Younger Hall, other locations (posters/demos etc.) are described on the website 

St Salvator's Quadrangle is one of oldest sites in the University of St Andrews, which is reached through an ancient archway underneath the square tower of St Salvator’s Chapel (be careful not to step on the initials PH as you enter!) 

The Byre at Kinkell is a charming venue, situated in the grounds of Kinkell Farm, in a spectacular setting overlooking the beautiful coast of St. Andrews.
