CHI-Web colleagues,

Many studies have examined the general usability of websites.  But what about websites whose primary audience is older adults?  Do they follow published guidelines for designing websites for an older audience?  To find out, Wiser Usability (http://WiserUsability.com) conducted a usability study of three websites of organizations that offer tours and cruises for older travelers.  Nine women aged 55-80 participated in the study.  For more information, please see:
