Call for Tutorial Proposals
Submission deadline: January 31, 2013

The 2013 International Conference on Collaboration Technologies and 
Systems (CTS 2013) is to address, explore and exchange information on 
the state-of-the-art in collaborative environments, their modeling and 
simulation, design and use, and their impact.

The Conference will be held on May 20-24, 2013 in San Diego, California, 
USA.

As in every year, the Conference will feature state-of-the-art set of 
tutorial presentations.The CTS 2013 Organizing Committee invites 
proposals and ideas for tutorials to be held as part of the 
Conference.Topics may cover different levels, ranging from introductory 
to highly advanced skills but still accessible to a wide audience.All 
tutorials will address timely, important, and relevant subject areas 
within collaboration.Typically, 2-4 hour tutorials are planned but 
others will be considered.Proposals will be evaluated by members of the 
Organizing Committee.

An extended abstract of accepted tutorials will be published in the 
Conference Proceedings.

Proposers of accepted tutorials are also given the opportunity to submit 
a tutorial paper. Submitted tutorial papers will be reviewed by the 
Tutorials Chairs and members of the Organizing Committee prior to 
publication to assess their technical quality and matching with the 
content of the tutorial.Accepted tutorial papers will be published in 
the Conference Proceedings and will be disseminated through the Digital 
Library.

We encourage you to send inquiries, proposal plans and questions before 
the submission deadline. We will be glad to provide feedback and 
suggestions. Please read the proposal guidelines on the website for more 
details on the submission format and review criteria.

Do you have an advanced topic that you are excited about and want to 
share? Or do you like to teach young researchers about fundamental 
topics or necessary skills?

Describe what your tutorial is about, why it is important, why you are 
the right person to give the tutorial and how you will organize the 
tutorial.
