One postdoc opening is available in the AI-enabled Future XR Network Systems
and Societal Applications Lab at NJIT. Researchers with background in
electrical and computer engineering, computer science, or applied math are
encouraged to apply. Areas of interest include: mobile VR/AR systems, 5G
networks, UAV-IoT systems, optical/millimeter wave wireless networking,
domain-aware fast RL and deep RL for communication systems and applications,
and 360-degree video streaming. The opening is sponsored by external federal
and industry funding, and provides ample opportunities for collaboration and
career advancement.

Skills required from the applicants:
- Strong background in one or multiple of the areas of interest noted above
- Very good publication record in top academic conferences and journals
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- Interest in mentoring graduate students and pursuing research grants
- Very good organizational and communication skills
