Registration for the OzCHI 2013 24-hour student design challenge that runs as part of the OzCHI conference (http://ozchi.org/) is now open at:
http://www.ozchi24.org
The 24-hour challenge is an intense, but fun competition that will run you off your feet! Your goal is to design something. Don’t panic! We will provide your team with a brief at the start of the challenge, which will include information on what you will be designing, some background reading, helpful hints, and what we expect you to do. You will have 24-hours to create your design, write your paper, maintain your blog and shoot/produce your video!

TIMELINE:
21-22 September: 24-hour challenge takes place online around the world
8 October: Finalists are announced
29 November: Finalist presentations at OzCHI in Adelaide (Australia)
PRIZES:
The finalists are invited to present their submission at the annual OzCHI conference, taking place in Adelaide (Australia) this year.
One free Student OzCHI registration (valued at 385.00 AUD) will be provided for each of the finalist teams. More information about this year’s prizes will be posted at http://www.ozchi24.org.
Finalists' submissions will be included as part of the conference catalogue publication.
