OzCHI 2014 Designing Futures: the Future of Design

===========================================

2-5 December 2014 Sydney, Australia

===========================================

OzCHI 2014 Workshops aim at bringing together researchers in the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to discuss and interact on a specific topic. Workshops on methods, practices, and other areas of interest and that support active participation beyond presentation are welcome.

Quick Facts about OzCHI 2014 Workshop Proposals

  * Submission deadline: extended to 31 July 2014

  * Submission format: unanonymized 2-page proposal based on the OzCHI template on http://www.ozchi.org/submit/submit.html, a 250-word Call for Participation and a link to the workshop website (if one exists). The 250-word CFP and the link will be used on the OzCHI website where we will collect short descriptions of each accepted workshop.

  * Proposals should give a brief overview of the academic background for the workshop and propose a workshop format and agenda

  * Calls for participation should indicate whether chairs require a position paper as a pre-requisite for participation

  * Submissions are by email to workshops.chair[AT]ozchi.org

  * Submissions will not be included in the formal proceedings, as they are not peer-reviewed, but may be included on the conference memory stick if you wish.

  * Workshop convenors retain copyright in their proposals. If your proposal is accepted, a copyright statement to replace the standard ACM one will be provided.

Important dates:
