2nd Call for Proposals: Automotive UI 2015, Workshops
=================================================
Submission deadline: May 25, 2015
Workshops http://www.auto-ui.org/15/authors.php#workshops-tutorials
Submissions: Email to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>
For the past 4 years, the workshop day has been highly successful and we will continue with this submission category for 2015. Amongst others, we had workshops on natural user interfaces, electric vehicles, cognitive workload, and autonomous vehicles in 2014. We are happy to see old and new topics that can move the field forward and suggest promising new research directions in the automotive domain. Send us your proposal!
We accept proposals for half day (3-4 hours, morning or afternoon) workshops. If the proposal is accepted, the workshop is publicized online as part of the conference. The program and contents of workshops is to be defined by the workshop proposers in the workshop proposal.
This can encompass the organization of paper calls, hands- on demos and practice sessions, group discussions, or panel discussions.
Workshop participation is open to attendees registered for the main conference (workshop participation itself is free of charge!).
Workshop proposals should be submitted as 4 page (maximum) manuscripts.
Please format your abstract according to the ACM SIGCHI 2016 format:
http://www.sigchi.org/publications/chipubform
Proposals must contain the following:
* Goal and topics of the workshop
* Outcome of the workshop
* Proposal for the schedule
* Organizer biographies
Upon proposal acceptance, organizers should set up an external web page delivering all the necessary information for interested participants.
For further information, please contact the workshop chairs at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
