Hi all,

TSDesign, a Boston based web design company is offering a "User Experience
Audit" as a specific service to their customers.
        http://www.tsdesign.com/tsdesign/audit/audit.html
HCI issues (navigation, organization etc) are analysed as well as business
issues (objectives, company identity,...).
They have received some attention from the media for their approach to put
the user in the focus.

Does anybody knows any other design company focusing on the usability of
the sites they create?

I know of a free service that can be compared to some extend with the
TSDesign effort: the "Web Site Advice Service" from the "The ResultBuilder"
        http://www.tka.co.uk/magic/website.htm
Their first report is free, more detailed reports are not...
But here the focus is not really the user. They look at: content, marketing
relevance and clarity, how well it meets your objectives, layout and
design, ease of navigation and speed of loading. I have questions about the
value of these reports, but well, they are free...

Any comments?

Bart
