Tenon says it can be used with 68K Macs, too.

Diff between CodeBuilder and the full MachTen is the interfacing parts
that make rlogin, ftp, nfs, etc. possible (of course a lot of that
is available for Mac separately).

And Tenon says that the source for the Mach Unix kernel is also included.
