CfP SEACHI 2016: Smart Cities for a Better Living with HCI and UX

CHI 2016
San Jose, CA, USA
8 May 2016

W. seachi.uxindo.com

In conjunction with CHI 2016 - chi2016.acm.org, SEACHI 2016 is the latest event in a series of HCI and UX workshops, symposiums, and conferences that have been held since 2014 in Southeast Asia. In 2016, the theme of the symposium is “Smart Cities for a Better Living with HCI and UX”. This symposium aims to explore the relationship between HCI, UX and smart cities to improve the quality of life in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian countries in comparison to the smart cities around the world. During the ASEAN CHI Symposium 2015 (SEACHI Symposium 2015), the topic of smart cities was raised and discussed and considered as an ongoing agenda for discussion in the SEACHI community. In conjunction with CHI 2016, this theme is strongly related and relevant to the CHI 2016 theme - #chi4good.
