12th Advances in Computer Entertainment Technology Conference

ACE - a leading scientific forum for the dissemination of cutting-edge research in entertainment computing, is inviting the submission of Children Creativity Labs to its 12th conference to be held in Iskandar.
The ACE Children Creativity Lab offers a unique opportunity for local children and researchers from around the world to come together and inspire one another in exploring and creating the future of entertainment technology and unleashing its potential to empower as well as entertain.
Important Deadlines:

Submission Deadline: 17 July 2015 
Notification: 24 August 2015 
Camera ready deadline: 14 September 2015 

We solicit submissions on a broad range of topics, including, but not limited to:

Participants are expected to propose imaginative approaches to conducting creative lab sessions with children. Each proposal should seek to empower and support children in exploring materiality and functionality using any mixture of physical materials and digital technology.
Submissions must include a paper (4 page maximum) and a document describing the details and requirements of the lab session. Selected participants will be invited to run their proposed creative lab session with a group of local children and to present and discuss their work during the conference. Submitted proposal papers will be included in the conference proceedings and presented as part of the poster session.
Proposals will be subjected to a double blind peer review by a panel of special jury and domain experts, and evaluated on the basis of their originality, promise, quality of proposed approach and their contribution to the diversity of the conference program.
