Research Fellowship 

Department of Information Systems and Computing
Brunel University

Applications are invited for a post-doctoral position to work on an interdisciplinary project funded by an award from the Arts and Humanities Research Board (AHRB). The project aims to develop personalised digital library services that can accommodate the needs of users with different cognitive styles. The work will involve both system development and empirical studies. The candidate must have a PhD degree in computer science, information science or a related discipline. Knowledge in artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction is essential and experience in developing software for personalised applications is also desirable.

The appointment will be for three years and will be made at the RA1A level (point 7) £21,125 per annum plus £1,638 per annum London Weighting.
